The goal of the Monocacy Youth Basketball Association (MYBA) shall be to provide youth basketball parity play among similar age groups, promote good sportsmanship, and promote a good understanding of the game's methods, tactics and rules to all participants.

**As a reminder MYBA will NOT have a 11th/12th Grade Boys Division this 2019-2020 Winter Season**
